    Cut the plantain,onion,fresh pepper,add up all the ingredients.

    Remove the bones from the smoked fish and add to the plantain.

  3. 3

    Palmoil,Salt,crayfish,knorr cubes and cover the pot to boil.After 30minutes turn very well and cut and rinse the scent leaves then add up.

    And turn very well.Then is ready.Enjoy your meal.
