Baked green beans & hamburgers (fasolakia me mbiftekia sto fourno)
Hello everyone…I hope everyone had a lovely weekend….Thank you all for your lovely comments about the new layout of my blog as this came as a huge surprise to me too. Friday afternoon I received a few messages from friends telling me that they were unable to see my blog, so I looked into and saw a pop up message that said “We will be back at the end of the day” Thank you! I was like what in the world is this now..:( I contacted WordPress support and they told me that it was the plugin I added that is causing the problem, I thought to myself with only 1 plugin I already have issues?? WP support was really very helpful they told me to deactivate the plugin and all would be fine.About 1/2 hr. later I went back to check my blog and OMG that’s when I saw the new layout. I was shocked! at first I thought it was someone else’s blog, but after looking at it for a while I thought to myself, wait a second who is the only person who has access to my blog??? oh!!! I know who my good friend MINA!!…I sent her a message asking her if she was doing something and she responded with “Damn girl,,don’t look” (hahhhahah that was so funny)….this was suppose to be a surprise and so I closed the blog and did not go back to it until later that afternoon. 🙂Mina is a web designer and a very very busy lady, she found time when I first thought about starting a blog to help me out, she set up my WP account and has been there whenever I needed help.

Easy Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)
After staying in India for more than 6 months, I learned to appreciate their food and culture. Dreamy Chicken And Rice Casserole
I was hungry late on a Monday night and started looking to see what I had. At first I was just going to steam some Lima beans and mix it with a package of rice. Then I saw I has one frozen chicken breast and decided I'll just put all 3 together. Then I remembered I also had a can of cream of chicken soup and that would add some creaminess to my meal. When I started making the soup I thought, I wonder how it would taste with some cream cheese. So I added the cream cheese and realized I wanted to go ahead and make it into a casserole and put some cheese on it. I started adding spices and came up with this blend. It tasted so good I had to add it here! All the ingredients were things I already had at home. As a single woman, making something for myself that I can take leftovers to work the next day is perfect.

Salmon – Bacon – Pasta
Hi everyone, the sun is finally out, and we are able to sit in the garden. Since it is that time of year again to start planting new flowers, I had the chance this morning to look at the garden and see what it is I want to plant. I do love gardening, plus I love growing my own vegetables, so, I have decided to invest in a small elevated off-ground garden, to plant the seeds for my vegetables. 🙂Due to a heavy snow storm we had in the Netherlands about 3 years ago, the previous one I had broke into pieces, and I never purchased another one since. That is why I am very excited about this, and can’t wait to get started.Walking back into the kitchen from the garden, I knew I wanted to make a dish with pasta. I have made this dish many times before, very simple, it is basically a throw it all together bake and eat dish. 🙂

Chipotle copycat at home
My closest chipotle is in another state and I wanted to attempt this after seeing other people on TikTok making a homemade version. The picture above is actually my leftover from the first night. I rolled this into 2 dinners and a lunch from the listed ingredients. I had planned this , first night was make your own chipotle bowl and a side of Chips and queso. Dinner night 2 was making your own burritos and again side was chips and queso . After that i was running low on toppings so i did a lunch with whatever toppings was left and chips like nachos. I know it looks like a lot of ingredients but its way cheaper then the restaurant and it rolled into other meals. We never been to a chipotle and probably never will. My family had fun . We did just like chipotle set up. I served as they told me what they wanted. You can do this budget friendly. I simply just went to the website and looked at the menu. My kids don’t like beans so that was more for myself, but they did get some beans and no complaints.

Chorizo Pasta
I first made this a few years ago purely by accident. I have a tendency to experiment with things I find in the cupboard and this was the result, a mate of mine gave me the marmite tip sometime after.I absolutely love making it because my two kids love it and ask me to make it all the time.I hope you enjoy making and eating it too.

Spicy Tuna Pasta Salad 🐟🌶🍀
❤ What inspires or makes you happy to cook every day? This is the first inspiration story from the first menu posted on Cookpad 😊💟❤ How did you start cooking? Covid-19 was the main reason I started experimenting with cooking on my own 😅😷❤ Do you have any good memories in life that come from cooking? What dish? It's hard to choose because every dish I make has a good story, but for sure, friends always ask what Chef Fiat is cooking today (I'm secretly happy to be called a chef 😂👩🍳)❤ What impressive stories have happened while using Cookpad? The most impressive was challenging myself in the mission #เมนูไข่ทีมไทย🥚🍳. It was the first time I tried to create new egg dishes with my imagination, and importantly, I won a prize I wanted 🥄🤭
