    After boiling, adding the Dan tsami or lemon juice, draining it to remove the water, instead of cutting it into shapes, you now marsh it and keep aside

    Blend your scotch bonnet, onions and tomato, set frying pan with oil on fire, when hot, add the blended ingredients and fry it for 2mins then add the mashed tofu and stir, add ur garlic powder, maggi, curry and stir, leave it for 3mins and remove from fire

  4. 4

    Serve with fried yam, potato, or rice.
