Crispy Fish Sausage and Corn Gyoza
My children love gyoza. I only had one fish sausage, and I thought about just cutting it up and wrapping it into the gyoza, but then I would end up with leftover gyoza skins, and it was a bit difficult to wrap... So I thought that I would mix it together in a blender with onions to make a paste, and I was able to make tons of gyoza.I use one 85 g fish sausage. You can put the fish sausage and onions into a blender to turn it into a paste. Recipe by Dokintan

Fish and Chips
My husband and I love fish and chips, so we've been looking through various recipes. We couldn't get ahold of cod this time, so we used swordfish instead. You can use flounder, halibut, or other white fish. Remove the skin and bones! If you couldn't find dark beer, you can use normal beer. The key is to use chilled beer. Enjoy leftover beer in the kitchen while cooking (lol). Just be careful not to get drunk. This time, I made these fish and chips in a Dutch oven with my husband. I made this recipe to deep-fry the ingredients in the normal way, but if you have a Dutch oven, place the ingredients in heated oil, cover them with a lid, and leave it over very low heat for about 7 minutes. Then remove the lid, deep-fry over hight heat, and they're done. Recipe by Gaserisa

Kenyan Potatoes Fritters/Bhajiya
If I shared Pakistani food last week, I would like to share the food, which makes us flashback the memories while living in Kenya this time. Kenya is another beautiful country. The people and the beautiful places. Beautiful Masai Mara with the wildlife animals is another exotic for this country. As usual, if the original recipe is using coriander leaves, I replaced it with dill leaves. Potatoes bhajiya is one of the street food in Kenya. It has crunchy outside but soft inside (potato). It is the perfect homemade snack for winter.Expand recipe by @Simple_Woman23Nov 25th, 2020My daughter and I don't know what to do, so we make this evening snacks. By the way, she is the one who cooks it. I only tell her what to do 😉.Happy trying!
