  4. 4 cupswater
  5. 1 TBSginger
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 TBSpilau masala

  10. Halfonion
  11. Cooking oil

    Prepare your ingredients

    In ahot sufuria,add in your cooking oil and onions let them brown then add in garlic let them cook for 1 min then add your meat stir and let the meat cook for 3_5 mins.then add in your ginger and pilau masala and some salt stir for 4 min for the spices to cook then add in 3 cups of water let it boil then add in your rice stir and close the sufuria with a lid so that the rice could cook evenly

    Then prepare your guacamole.
