When ur refrigerator is stocked with many leftovers and u decide to play around with them in ur kitchen. A feast of the leftovers
Cooking Instructions

Heat vegetable and saute ur onion. Break and whisk egg then fry with ur sauteed onion stirring with a fork so it becomes loose. Add your shredded chicken breast and keep stir frying for about 3 mins. Add soy sauce, Curry, seasoning cubes and a little water. Bring to a boil then add your cooked rice. Stir thoroughly. Add your chopped Curry leaves. Cover. Lower flame and allow to cook till all liquid is absorbed.

Re heat your leftover sauce. The recipe for the sauce I used can be found in my recipe for spaghetti with potato and chicken sauce

Heat vegetable oil and deep fry your cooked chicken till golden brown on both sides.

Plate your rice and serve alongside fried chicken and sauce
