Fish and potatoe sauce with palm oil

Ingredients

  1. Peel potatoes and boil
  2. Tattase
  3. Pepper
  4. Onion
  5. Fish boil and remove the dirt
  6. Seasoning
  7. Ginger n garlic😍😍😍
  8. Tomato (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grate kayan miya

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan (palm oil)

  3. 3

    Add the kayan miya

  4. 4

    Put ginger n garlic (paste)

  5. 5

    Add seasoning

  6. 6

    Fry until it's done (sai ruwan yakare)

  7. 7

    Dice ur cooked potato and add

  8. 8

    Add the fish and stir

  9. 9

    And lastly add ur tomato n onion allow it to simmer

  10. 10

    Amma serve mine with mac🤗🤗🤗
