Cooking Instructions

For the cookies :

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- 3
Whisk egg together with milk.
- 4
Make a well in the flour mixture and pour the egg mixture and form a dough.

Spread the dough flat on a chopping board.
- 6
Cut to desired shape, using a cookie cutter.

Brush the cookies with some eggs and bake it to golden brown.

For the chocolate sauce :

Mix all the ingredients in a container and whisk using a hand whisker.

Put on fire and keep on whisking it till it is thick and even.

Allow it to cool and pour in an air tight container.

You can pour the chocolate sauce directly on the cookies. Like this

Or you can put the chocolate sauce in a plastic bag and cut the edge small so as you can write something

Or you can just scatter the chocolate on the cookies any how you wish
- 15
Or you can just eat it without the chocolate
