Use Up Your Tomatoes in Tomato Curry without Water Use Up Your Tomatoes in Tomato Curry without Water
I received heaps of tomatoes, so I made a curry out of them.Since the tomatoes release a lot of juice, when I cooked them without water, they released a lot of flavor and made a delicious, refreshingly tangy curry. The thickness of the curry will depend on the variety of tomatoes you use as well as the type of roux. Adjust by adding water. Recipe by Kapiko cookpad.japan -

Our Family's Soup Curry Our Family's Soup Curry
I've never had soup curry, so I wanted to try it. Well, I heard them talking about it on the radio as a "today's cooking" feature, and I vaguely recollected the recipe and recreated it.The key is the tomatoes.I think this is tastier with the vegetables cut into big pieces. And you can make this curry with things you already have on hand. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by Midorenja- cookpad.japan -

Fiber-Rich Keema Curry Fiber-Rich Keema Curry
I love curry brimming with lots of minced vegetables,so I made this. Just cutting up some veggies and mixing them in makes it taste amazing! The fruit has a distinct flavor and uses Java Curry; it was improved by the spices more than I expected . My boyfriend ate it, and was really surprised. He ended up eating all of it... I guess you could say it's healthy, but maybe he ate too much? You can use regular mixed ground meat, but using 80% beef: 20% chicken makes it light. I used mixed raisins (California, Sultana, green), but you could use just one variety. For 4 servings. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -

Vegan Vegetable Curry Vegan Vegetable Curry
When I went to India I had such an amazing cheese curry that I literally cried tears of joy. When I came home I wanted to try to re-create it myself so went to the supermarket to buy ingredients when I came across a really nice avocado. So I decided to use that instead of the cheese on a spur-of-the-moment decision. You will still get a delicious curry whether you let it simmer for a long time or not. Ginger has a very strong presence in most dishes so if you don't like it very much grate it and get the juice or cut it up in a food processor. For 2 servings. Recipe by Tokurai cookpad.japan -
