Mini fish roll

Cooking Instructions

Sieve ur flour into a bowl,add d salt, baking powder and den mix

Add d butter to d mixture and mix properly

Add the egg to d mixture..mix well and set aside

Boil d fish wit a little salt and pepper and season cube...let d water drop and off d gas

Pick out d bone from the fish,piece it and set aside

Roll out ur dough trim d edges and fill a side of d dough wit the seasoned fish, with a pastry brush wet the order edges with little water and roll from the end where u have d fish to d wet side using ur hand to close d edges

Insert a fork on d fish roll to create rolls on it(optional)

Grease a baking tray and arrange d fish roll in it

Whisk ur egg using a pastry brush coat rolled fish roll with it

Bake on medium heat for 35-40mins

And ur fish roll is ready..serve hot wit a chilled drink
