So since no animal in d house to add to my ste I decided to use my kpanla fish nd I tell u it was the best taste of fish stew I nd my family has had in a long time.

Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Wash nd blend ur tomatoes, atarado, nd tatashe. Make sure u slice or tomatoes open to drain juice nd remove seeds sis to minimize d water nd cooking time

    Parboil tomatoes, pepper, nd tatashe for about 10mins den.

    Add oil in pot nd allow to heat den add some part of ur sliced onion leave for 10sec nd pour in ur tomatoes, tatashe nd pepper. Cove pot nd allow to cook for about 10-15 mins

    While boiling bring out ur kpanla fish use salt nd hot water to wash dis to reduce the amount of microorganisms encounted while smoking. Lol.

    Add to ur boiling stew nd add ur remaining onion, tumeric, curry, seasoning, salt.

  6. 6

    Allow to boil for 5mins nd add ur leaves if any nd its ready to be served wit macaroni, spag, rice, yam etc
