Bread and egg

When I made tuna casserole, I had a lot of bread edges left over. While searching online, I found this recipe, tried it, and loved it, so I wanted to share it with you.

Stale bread with eggs and milk, made into a beignet-like treat with honey and roasted peanuts. This is an economical dessert. There's always leftover bread at home that we don't use, so I thought of presenting it in a nice way, suitable even for unexpected guests. Sometimes we don't have anything for breakfast with coffee, and this is economical and quick to prepare.

Brioche bread is a basic recipe with a fairly neutral dough, even though there's a bit of sugar in it. This version is egg-free and butter-free. It's great for breakfast and snacks with jam or chocolate. If you don't add the sugar crystals, you can use it with savory fillings. It's easy to make, as all the ingredients are combined together. If you're not vegan, you can also use milk.

What to do with those leftover bread slices? I turned them into omelette. Perfect for breakfast and snacks. I rolled it so it would look tastier and neater.
