Ingredients

  1. Burger buns 1 tblspn yeast 1 cup warm water 1 egg
  2. 3tblspns melted butter Tspn Salt Tblspn Sugar 2cups Flour
  3. for the filling; Lettuce Beef Tomato Onion Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Direction for the bread;
    Add yeast in a luke warm water to proof for about 10mins.. Add flour, egg, butter, salt,sugar, in a bowl and mix together. Add the luke warm yeast in the mixture. And mix well... Knead thoroughly until smooth. Put in a bowl and keep under sun or a warm place to double in size for about 1 hr.
    Bring it out and knead again.. You can shape it using ur hand.

    Give it a round shape. Arrange in ur baking tray, use a brush and rub beaten egg on the dough. bake until golden brown.
    Direction for the filling;
    Mince or grind the beef, add seasonings and spices, mould it into a round shape also and grill or fry on a pan. Get ur lettuce, rinse it thoroughly and keep aside. Get onion and tomato also wash them and slice them roundly.

    Take ur baked bread, slice each into two round parts.keep the down part, place ur sliced tomato and onion, place lettuce on top of the tomato and onion, place the grilled meat on the lettuce and also place onion and tomato again on the meat. Take the other bread part and place. Your burger is ready!!!!!🍔
