Ingredients

  1. Cow leg, periwinkle, pepper, vegetable leave, utazi leave

    Cut and wash your cow leg 2kilos very well and put inside pot with water that will cook it well. Add 2tablespoon of salt, 6pieces fresh pepper(well grind), 2 knor cube, 2balls of big onion, curry, Cook the cow leg for 45minutes.

    Wash your periwinkles with it shell and add to the cow meat after 45minutes and cook for 30minutes.

    Grind your little potash this will make the water inside the pot a little bit thick. And little red oil to the potash and mix well, put crayfish, then mix together and add to the pot. Mix thoroughly and cook again for 10minutes. Lastly, add your vegetable and salt. Just cover it for 5minutes and serve.

    While serving put the utazi leave on top for some family member that wanted it.
