Cooking Instructions

Wash and cook the cocoyam till is tender, pound and set aside. I always add a little palm oil while pounding to avoid seeds.

Boil your Bitterleaf leaf to avoid too much bitterness, rinse in cold water and set aside

Steam your meat with Maggi,pepper, blended uziza seed and remove in a plate, wash your stock fish with hot water and cook for 15 minutes, add your cocoyam, ogiri and allow to dissolve very well, then add the meat, dry fish, crayfish and salt.

Add palm oil and allow to boil very well for 10 minutes then add your uziza leaf and stir, when is boil very well your off the light. Serve with garri or semo.
