Ingredients

  1. Carrot
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Cabbage
  4. Sliced onion
  5. Green scotch bonnet for garnishing
  6. Seasonings of choice
  7. Onga(stew)
  8. Sliced shambo
  9. 1 pieceicefish(sukumbiya)
  10. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In pan add palmoil,onion nd fry,add pepper mix nd stir,squash the ice fish,nd pour into the pepper mix,add ginger nd garlic nd fry for 2 mins,add carrot nd cabbage nd stir untill translucent/soft,add seasonings,nd onga,add sliced shambo(tattatse) nd stir fry for 2 mins,turn off heat and serve with crepes

    Garnish with green scotch bonnet
