Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat oil in frying pan or in a fryer once hot add chopped potatoes and fry until brown set aside when done(I also start my rice at this time)
- 2
While frying potatoes add 4 tablespoons of olive oil to wok until heated on med high temp then add minced garlic for few minutes
- 3
Then add carrots for few more minutes(3-5)
- 4
Once onions cooked translucent and garlic starting to brown add hamburger meat
- 5
Cook down until starting to brown thru and add soy sauce and seasons I use garlic powder ,salt ,pepper,& Lawrys salt
- 6
Cook down until Liquid cooks down about 10-15 minutes and add olives ,peppers, frozen peas, and fried potatoes
- 7
Give good mix and add ketchup to top and mix throughly add more seasonings
- 8
Simmer for few more minutes then serve over rice!😋

I get a high quality meat less grease but if to greasy just drain some out before you add last veggies and cook meat all the way down some juice is good so if drain might want to add 1/4 of water and cook down a little before add peas

Yesterday I opened an avocado thinking it was ripe, but it turned out to be really hard 😂. So I put it in the food processor to chop it into tiny pieces, and since nothing goes to waste here, I came up with this way to use it, along with some other leftovers I had in the fridge lol. Mixed Picadillo Mixed Picadillo
A delicious meal that always saves me in a pinch because I can serve it with rice, make tacos or tostadas, and it really goes a long way. I always used to make it with just beef, but today I tried a mix! It turned out great. Hanna Hurtado ⭐Translated from Cookpad Mexico
