Ingredients

  1. 1. Beans. 2. Fresh pepper. 3. Onions. 4. Salt. 5. Crayfish
  2. 6. Groundnut oil. 7. Pap. 8. Honey. 9. Milk

Cooking Instructions

    1. Wash and clean the beans. Peel off the skin.

    2. Pour in the blender, add the pepper and blend

  3. 3

    3. Pour the blended beans in a mortar and roll thoroughly to make the beans rise. Add salt and the grinded crayfish.

    4. Heat the groundnut oil, use a spoon to scoop and place in the hot oil. Allow to dry till golden brown.

    5. Remove and keep aside. Continue until you finish all.

    Mix the Pap with ordinary water. Add boiling water and make a good paste. Add the honey and milk. Serve with the fried Akara.
