Ingredients

  1. 1. Goat meat. 2. Assorted meat (liver,roundabout, orishirishi)
  2. Fresh pepper, tomatoes, onions, Salt, cubes, ginger
  3. Garlic, scent leaf, peppersoup spice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the goat meat thoroughly and put in a clean pot.

  2. 2

    Add boiling water to the assorted meat. Soak them for a bit. Clean the towels and intestines thoroughly. Wash twice or thrice again with clean water and salt. Add them to the goat meat.

  3. 3

    Blend the fresh pepper, tomatoes, ginger, garlic. Pour into the pot. Add salt, cubes and allow to boil properly.

  4. 4

    Add little water. Add peppersoup spice. Add the scent leaf and allow to cook properly.
