    Rinse ugba with warm water.put 2 teaspoon of water in the potash sieve out the liquid and add to redoil stir to make a yellow paste.add on grinded crayfish and pepper,salt,diced onion stir very well and pour in the ugba and stir very well.

    Boil the fish,season lightly with onion,salt and knorr cubes boil for five minutes.Bleach the red oil and fry the boiled fish in it.
