Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to a skillet and, heat then season chops add to flour and, fry.

    Take out then,make gravy add flour to remaining oil and, stir until light or dark.

    Then add water an make as thick or, as thin as possible then, return chops back to skillet and let simmer.

    Can add any side dish

My grandma used to make the best smothered pork chops! She would always make the gravy with mushrooms, mmm. I was wondering, how much flour do you usually put in the pan for gravy?
