Ingredients

  1. Pork chop
  2. 1/2onion
  3. Garlics (optional)
  4. Spring onion (optional)
  5. Sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  7. 1 tablespoonJapanese cooking wine
  8. 1 tablespoonmirin
  9. 50 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the pork chop with the sauce. Stay for at least one hour. (2 hours will be even better).

    Heat the pan with the fat from the pork chop. Start frying the pork chop until it’s fully cooked.

    Using the same pan after the pork chop. Stir fried the onion with salt and pepper, also with some soy sauce. Close the lid and check around 2 mins. Keep stir-frying until it’s done.

    Fried the garlics and spring onion until it’s turn to gold in color.
