Ingredients

  1. Scallions
  2. Onions
  3. Chillies
  4. Ginger
  5. Garlic
  6. Oil
  7. Spices of choice
  8. cubeSeasoning
  9. Parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Ingredients, for the spices I used oregano, rosemary, thyme and curry, mixed spices and black People of course

    Blend the chillies and other ingredients and set aside

  3. 3

    Wash the chicken with lemon and add the chillies mixture, oil water seasoning and spices and cook till the chicken is soft. Add the parlay five minutes before turning off the heat
