Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. 1 cupcarrot
  3. 1 cupscallion
  4. 1/4 tbspyellow food colour
  5. 1/4 tbspgreen food colour
  6. 1/4 tbsporange food colour
  7. 20 cubesstock cube
  8. 4 packsseasoning powder
  9. 1 tbspcurry powder
  10. 3medium bulb onions
  11. 10Scotch bonnet
  12. 1 bottleoil
  13. 1 cupstock
  14. Water(As required)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, fried and drain rice. Set aside.

    Add stock to the pot

    Wash and grind scotch bonnet

  4. 4

    Add scotch bonnet and little oil to the stock and semi fry for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Wash and slice onions

  6. 6

    Add in the required amount of water that will be enough to cook the rice and let it boil

  7. 7

    Add fried rice together with onions,scallions,curry powder,stock cubes and seasoning powder until almost done,divide it into 3 parts. Add green colour to the first part and continue cooking until soft.

    Add orange colour to the other part and cook

    Add yellow colour to the last part and cook

    Wash and cut carrots

    Mix 3 different coloured rice together with carrots and steam for 3 minutes,serve with roasted potatoes and fried chicken
