Ingredients

  1. 4 cupschicken broth 3\4pound mushrooms
  2. 1 sliceonion
  3. 1/4 cupbutter
  4. 1/8 cupflour (scant)
  5. 1/4 cupcream
  6. 1/4 cuphalf&half
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper paprika

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chop mushrooms add with onion and cook in stock about 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Then rub through sieve

  3. 3

    Reheat and add thickening then milk and cream which have been heated in double boiler

  4. 4

    Serve very hot with little whipped cream
