Ingredients

  1. Banga (palm kernel)
  2. leafBitterleaf and scent
  3. Any beef or cowhead
  4. Yellow pepper onions and crayfish
  5. Local spices ogi and ugbore (dawadawa)
  6. Dry fish
  7. Salt and seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Wash banga pour in the pot and allow to cook till soft.

    Pick the bitter leaf into a mortal pound to turn the leaves into pieces for easy washing and blending with home blender.including d scent leaf

    Wash to reduce the bitter taste of the bitter leaf, put in the blender with the scent leaf and blend till smooth

  4. 4

    In a pot pour the washed meat season and put on low heat blend yellow pepper and onions and add allow to boil

  5. 5

    Turn the dawada into smooth paste and add to the boiling meat

  6. 6

    Pound the banga, wash and pour inside the boiling meat

  7. 7

    Allow to cook for 15minutes add dry fish salt seasoning, blended crayfish and the mixture of bitterleaf and scentleaf

  8. 8

    Allow to cook till thick and serve with pounded yam.
