Ingredients

  1. 6 cupflour
  2. 2 cupwarm water
  3. 2 tbspyeast
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 cupoil
  6. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  7. 1 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl put water,sugar and yeast, mix well and let rise for 10

    Add eggs,oil,melted butter,and salt to yeast mixture. Mix well

  3. 3

    Add 3 cups flour and mix untill lumpy, add the remaining flour and knead well.

    Leave to rise for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Shape the dough and leave to rise for 30 mins or untill double in size

  6. 6

    Preheat oven 180C. Brush the bread with egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top

  7. 7

    Bake for 25 mins

  8. 8

    Leave to cool on a wire rack

  9. 9

    Ready to be served ^-^

This is a great recipe. I will say that I had to do a temperature conversion it's roughly 350 Fahrenheit. Also I live in a very humid area so it actually required closer to 7 cups of flour for me.
