Samp and Lamb Tripe meat

My husband love traditional food once a month must cook the food he grew up eating at home with his parents and siblings so we also love that traditional food .
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pre soak tripe, this type of meat need to be clean thoroughly, so I would say after 5 times rinse and rinse I would say it's clean.
- 2
Then cut it into pieces and cook it for almost an hour cause the lamb tripe is not like the beef tripe after an hour it's soft and cooked
- 3
Then add the onion, garlic and ginger paste also add red pepper then add the beef stock, let it cook for a while then after that add BBQ, steak n chop spice, lamb spice low the heat and let it simmer.
- 4
Then prepare your soup in a small cup of water then pour it over the tripe meat and it will thickens. Then our tripe today will be enjoyed with samp 😋😋😋
