    Boil the meat and stock to be tender.boil and pound the cocoyam.make balls of it

    Add redoil and more water the boiled meat and stock boil well.add the balls of cocoyam and continue boiling untill the water becomes thick.

    Add crayfish (grinded),yellow pepper,salt,smoked fish,uziza seeds(grinded),and salt after few minutes add the oha leaves.

  4. 4

    Shred the oha leaves rinse and pour in.stir and soup is ready.
