Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMutton
  2. 4Onion
  3. 6Tomato
  4. 4-5 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  6. 1tspCoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 2Bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the mutton with water

    Add oil in a pan add bayleaf the add onion and cook untill onion become brown then add mutton cook for 10 to 15 min

  3. 3

    Then add tomato add turmeric powder,chilli powder, salt, coriander powder

  4. 4

    Then cook until oil becomes..add some water in it and let the pan cover with lid and cook them

  5. 5

    Mutton is ready now switch off the flame.. garnish with coriander..and eat with rice&roti
