  1. 10large pieces of agwaluma
  2. Halfcup sugar
  3. Ginger
  4. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Peel back skin of agwaluma.remove seed and keep aside cut the agwaluma into pieces and marinates with sugar for about 3 hours.add agwaluma, water and dices ginger in a blender and blend until finely smooth.seive and serve chilled
