This crisp fritters is prepared by onion and gram Flour( Besan).Kanda bhajiya is a popular street food snack of Maharashtra.
Cooking Instructions

Add chopped onion in a bowl.Add salt, mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, jeera and mix well.Add Gram Flour and mix well.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portion of the onion mixture in the hot oil and deep- fry golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Slit green chillies and deep fry in the same oil. Drain on the absorbent paper. Sprinkle Chaat masala on the bhajiyas. Sprinkle salt on fried chilles.

Serve hot bhajiyas with fried chilles.
