Baked Ham-n-Cheese Delight Baked Ham-n-Cheese Delight
This recipe is very similar to a crustless quiche. It's been nearly 30 since I first made this, and while it may not be the most healthy dish, it is very satisfying and versatile. It goes well with a simple green salad and/or biscuits. The pictured dish was made with gluten-free bread crumbs, red pepper, and parsley.Additions such as peppers, (1/3 cup), parsley (1-2 Tbl.), mushrooms, green onions, zucchini, different types of cheese, and one's favorite seasonings make this quite fun and versatile. annerose0 -
