    Procedure
    Combine all powder ingredient together in a, great your onions, add your grounded pepper, mixed with warm bit by bit until it become sticky.
    Cover and leave it till it raise.
    Once it properly rise knock it down back and start frying in your hot oil.
    Plz note that you also add some sausage or minced meat inside your puff puff, your puff puff don't have to be boring, you can be creative with nd can be serve with juice or tea.
