Ingredients

  1. 1raw mango
  2. 1 tspmustard oil
  3. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  4. 1 tspfennel seeds
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. Pinchasafoetida
  7. 1 and 1/2 tsp pickle masala
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. as requiredSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the mango (if u want u can cut with skin also)heat the oil then add fenugreek seeds.

  2. 2

    Thsn add fennel, cumin and asafoetida,switch off the gas cool down this mixture,till that time add all masala in the mango.

  3. 3

    Mix it nicely. At last add oil mixture. It's ready to serve. You can store in refrigerator.
