Cooking Instructions

Boil the gizzard with salt,onion,stock cubes,thyme and curry.
- 2
Heat up vegetable oil and fry the blended fresh pepper,add the boiled gizzard to fry finally add sliced green pepper and salt.
- 3
Rinse the skewer and insert sliced cucumber and the gizzard.
