Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the milk (10g), olive oil (30g), and powdered sugar (30g) until well combined.
- 2
Sift the cake flour (78g) and cocoa powder (5g) into the mixture from step one. Use a spatula to fold until it forms a dough.
- 3
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) for 40 minutes. Shape the dough into desired shapes (this takes about 25 minutes). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with olive oil.
- 4
Place the shaped dough into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. ⚠️ For the last 5 minutes, reduce the temperature to 300°F (150°C).
- 5
Once baked, let them cool before serving!

This was my first time trying to make cookies, so I used a small amount of ingredients just in case it didn't turn out well. Surprisingly, they were quite delicious! ^^ If you decide to make them, feel free to double or triple the ingredients. The amount I made yields only 12 cookies with a diameter of 2 inches and about 0.4 inches thick, just tiny 😂 Thảo is cookingTranslated from Cookpad Vietnam -

One time, when I had a craving for cookies, I realized I was out of butter, so made some with what was on hand. This is the recipe I came up with.I made these slightly (or considerably?) bitter and less sweet than average cookies. For children, or those who prefer sweet cookies, adjust the amount of sugar to taste. When forming the logs, be sure to use a lot of pressure, and let the air out of the vinyl bag to achieve dense cookies. Chocolate Chip Cocoa Cookies Chocolate Chip Cocoa Cookies
These soft-textured American-style chocolate cookies are very easy to make. I wanted to avoid making them as sweet as store-bought ones, so I created a reduced-sugar version. Paired with rich chocolate chips, they are very soft and delicious, making you want to have one after another!Tips1. If you're not used to mixing with a spatula, you can use your hands to form a uniform dough after adding the chocolate chips. Be gentle and avoid over-mixing to prevent the dough from becoming tough, which can affect the cookie texture.2. Each cookie weighs about 25 grams, and this recipe makes approximately 16-17 cookies. 胖仙女Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -

I learned this recipe from my friend @Trang Tran on Cookpad. These cookies are crispy and rich. They're perfect for snacking when you're feeling peckish. They are quite high in calories, so just have a little now and then. (That's a promise to myself!) But if you're looking to gain weight, feel free to enjoy them more often!
