Ingredients

  1. Fresh offals, bay leaf, meat seasonings, pepper,
  2. Garlic,fresh ginger,salt,maggi
  3. 1medium onion. Teaspoon peppersoup spice

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the offals in a large bowl and pour boiled water and some salt. Let it sit for 15mins then wash.drain the water and add warm water and some lemon juice. Wash well and rinse properly. Drain.

    Pour in a pot.add blended pepper,onion, garlic and fresh ginger. Put on heat and cover to cook. Cook for an hour. Add maggi,salt, bay leaf,some meat spice and pepper soup spice. Stir and cover to cook till tender. Enjoy!
