This easy to make chutney is full of flavors and can be used as a dip for samosas, kachoris, Dahi vada, or making bhel puri or in CHOLE Tikki.
Cooking Instructions

Take a tamarind pulp pour it in a wok. Then add sugar and water to it. Cook the mixture till the sugar dissolves completely

Once the sugar start boiling add black salt, sea salt, ginger powder, Garam masala, red chilli powder, raisins to it.

Mix all the ingredients properly and let it cook till the consistency of chutney becomes little thick.

It takes 7-8 minutes.

To check the consistency pour it from spatula, it falls little slow.

Chutney is ready. Let it cool down. Roast some melon seeds and add it to chutney to give nutty flavor.

Your yummy sweet tamarind chutney is ready to consume!!!
