Ingredients

  1. 10Potatoes
  2. 3sausages cubed
  3. 1egg
  4. Flour
  5. Oregano
  6. Salt
  7. Breadcrumbs
  8. 1 tbspbutter
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel potatoes, boil them with some salt.
    Once cooked, mash them, add the butter, salt to taste and mix. Add the oregano and a little flour to make it more stable.

    Scoop a spoonful or more and flaten a bit, place the cubed sausage on the middle and roll into balls. Repeat with the remaining.

    Once done, you can freeze them for 30minutes before the next step. Or you can just go ahead.
    Coat the stuffed potatoes in flour, then the egg and breadcrumbs.

    Deep fry until golden.
