Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a wok.Add sliced onions. Saute till turns brown.

Blend onions with garlic & tomatoes to make smooth paste.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok. Add 1 sliced onion & saute for two minutes.

Add prepared paste & cook till corner leaves oil.

Add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, Almond garlic paste & coriander powder. Mix & cook for another 1 minute.

Add peas & cook at low flame for 5 minutes. Splash a dash of water if the mixture sticks to the bottom.

Add cream/malai & mix.

Add water & cook for 5 minutes or till peas become soft enough.

Add paneer cubes & mix. Cook at low flame for 1 minute.
