Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 1 CupPeas
  3. 4+ 2 tbsp Oil
  4. 3+ 1 Onions - Sliced
  5. 10-12Garlic Cloves
  6. 2Tomatoes - Roughly Chopped
  7. 1 tbspGaram Masala
  8. 1 tbspCoriander Powder
  9. 1/2 tbspTurmeric Powder
  10. 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  11. 1 tbspGinger Almond Paste
  12. to TasteSalt
  13. 2 tbspFresh Cream/Malai
  14. 3 CupsWater
  15. as neededCoriander Leaves to Garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok.Add sliced onions. Saute till turns brown.

    Blend onions with garlic & tomatoes to make smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok. Add 1 sliced onion & saute for two minutes.

    Add prepared paste & cook till corner leaves oil.

    Add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, Almond garlic paste & coriander powder. Mix & cook for another 1 minute.

    Add peas & cook at low flame for 5 minutes. Splash a dash of water if the mixture sticks to the bottom.

    Add cream/malai & mix.

  8. 8

    Add water & cook for 5 minutes or till peas become soft enough.

  9. 9

    Add paneer cubes & mix. Cook at low flame for 1 minute.
