Ingredients

  1. 1 kgraw mango
  2. 2 tbspeach fennel and fenugreek seeds
  3. 1 tbspnigella seeds
  4. 1 tspasafoetida
  5. as per needsalt
  6. as per needred chilli
  7. 1 tbspturmeric
  8. 500 mlmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First crush the fennel and keep mix with other seeds spices

  2. 2

    Now wash and cut the raw mango,dry them on a towel for an hour

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a big pan,add all seeds spices along with mango pieces

  4. 4

    Add powder spices and give a stir mean while

  5. 5

    Do not cover it,when mango become slightly soft,off the flame,cool it completely and place in a glass jar,add more oil if all piece are not covered by oil
