Ingredients

  1. 2 cupurad daal
  2. 2 cuprice
  3. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak daal and rice seprately for 4 hours

  2. 2

    Now after 4 hours drain water and grind together both smoothly

  3. 3

    Now keep aside for 6 to 8 hours for fermentation

  4. 4

    Next day add salt and beat by hand,steam a steamer,place batter in idli mould and steam for 5 to 6 minutes and serve
