Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsMutton
  2. 70 gramsFennel powder
  3. 200 gramsCurd
  4. 3 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch powder
  5. 10 Black cardamoms
  6. 1 inchCinnamon piece
  7. 2-3 pcscloves
  8. 5 piecesGreen cardamom
  9. 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida diluted in 1 tbsp water
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 50 ml Mustard oil
  12. 5 pcs Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and add mustard oil to it, heat till it smoke. Let oil cool till lukewarm. Add Mutton to it along with cloves,pepper and covering of both cardamom(deseeded).Fry mutton till gold

    Now add grounded seeds of both cardamom and cinnamon. Now make a smooth paste of curd, fennel powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder..Add it to meat and stir till boil comes (otherwise curd will get curdle).. Add 30ml water and pressure cook it for 4-5 whistles. When meat is well cooked, reduce the gravy(only if necessary).Serve hot with rice.
