Ingredients

  1. 8Bread slices
  2. 5eggs
  3. Salt and pepper
  4. 1 tbspcinnamon powder
  5. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Break your eggs into a bowl and whisk

  2. 2

    Add in your spices and whisk again

  3. 3

    Dip in your bread slices and flip it so as to be coated on all sides

  4. 4

    On a heated pan, add oil

  5. 5

    Using tongs, lift the bread slice and allow excess egg mixture to drip off. Place on the heated pan

  6. 6

    Allow to cook for a minute

  7. 7

    Flip and allow the other side to cook too. Remove from heat.

  8. 8

    Repeat steps 2- 7 till all the bread slices are well done

  9. 9

    Remove and place in an underlined tin.

  10. 10

    Serve
