Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 1/2-1 cupSpinach (Palak) puree
  2. 1 tbspgrated paneer
  3. 1 cupwheat flour
  4. 1 tspfresh cream
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  9. 1/4 tspgram masala (optional)
  10. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  11. as neededButter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put wheat flour. Combine all ingredients carom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, gram masala, fresh cream & paneer. Mix well.

    Add Palak puree as needed for make a soft dough. Mix little water if necessary to ready the dough. Apply few drops of oil to the dough. Keep it covered for 15 minutes.

    Make equal shaped loi. Take one loi, rolling Paratha in triangle shape with wooden roller.

    Heat and grease the Tava on medium heat. Greasing ghee all sides, spread the ghee on the Paratha,cook both sides until turns golden. Switch off the gas. Plating the Paratha.

    Delicious PALAK PANEER PARATHA is ready, serve with plenty of butter, Raita,Chutney or Hot Tea
