Orange Cheese Cream Bread Rolls Orange Cheese Cream Bread Rolls
I love cream cheese! I also love oranges, so I decided to put the two together to make rolls.I used 2 squares of the small wrapped cream cheese.(40 g of the ordinary kind). The filling is quite soft, so if you make it ahead and chill it in the fridge, it's easier to spread. The dough is also soft, so handle it carefully. Use a bit less water, if using Japanese flour. Recipe by putimiko cookpad.japan -
Potato Cheese Bread Potato Cheese Bread
I bought potatoes, but my mom did as well! . Since we had so many, I tried to make some bread with them!Potatoes are great no matter how you cook them, aren't they?If the dough is soft, dust with flour! In Step 5, the potatoes will break easily, so it's best to wrap it all up in plastic wrap while it rises. In the winter, use warm water. Recipe by Tomomaki0313 cookpad.japan -

Character Bread! Anpanman (Koshi-an) Character Bread! Anpanman (Koshi-an)
I made this because I wanted the red bean version and not just the cream version (recipe posted). The homemade koshi-an is slightly sweet and mild. I posted the recipe to the koshi-an too so please use it as a reference. The nose and cheeks come off easily during the second rising and baking, so be careful! The key is to attach the back securely in Step 14! Taking time for the first rising lets the flavor come out, so if you have time, please give it a try. Recipe by Okaerin cookpad.japan -

Character Bread Funasshii Kabocha Squash Bread Character Bread Funasshii Kabocha Squash Bread
I made Funasshii shaped onigiri, so I was wondering if I could make Funasshii shaped buns too.Depending on the moisture content of the kabocha squash paste, the dough might become too wet when adding it in, making it hard to handle. In this case, dust the dough with flour and bring it together.I use my oven's bread proofing setting (about 30 minutes at 35°C). For 3 buns (each about 13 cm [5.1 in] diameter). It's apple season now, so I combined our family's signature recipe for apple pie filling, with soft and fluffy milk bread to make apple bread.※I use a Panasonic Home Bakery bread machine, and set it to the Bread Dough program.※Bring unsalted butter to room temperature before adding it to the bread machine.※I used a SHARP oven to raise the dough.※I normally use white sugar for bread, but I used light brown sugar this time. Please use whichever you prefer. Recipe by Banyangarden cookpad.japan -
