Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 2onions
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 4-5curry leaves
  5. 1 spoonurad dal
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 2 tbspgreen coriander
  8. 2 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. to tastesalt
  11. as neededoil
  12. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Put semolina in a wok and roast it.

    Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds,urad dal,green chilli and curry leaves when splutters and chopped onion and saute it,

    Now add roasted semolina,salt,lemon juice,coriander,garam masala and water mix well.

    Cook till little thick consistency.

    Serve hot.
