  2. 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1 tea spoonsalt
  4. 1 table spoonoil
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 1 tea spoonmustard seeds
  7. 1 tea spoonchana dal
  8. 5curry leaves
  9. 1carrot grated
  10. 1beetroot grated
  11. 1/2 tea spooneno

Cooking Instructions

    Take suji, add salt, grated veggies.

    Add buttermilk and rest of water to make thick batter.

  3. 3

    Keep rest for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Heat oil. Crack mustard seeds. Add hing, curry leaves, chana dal.

  5. 5

    Mix well.

  6. 6

    Add eno and pour this batter to idli Mould.

  7. 7

    Microwave for 4 minutes or steam for 15 minutes.

  8. 8

    Cool and de mould.

  9. 9

    Idli are ready serve with green chutney.
