  1. 1 bunchpalak (spinach)
  2. 3tomato
  3. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tspshahi paneer masala
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 200 gmpaneer
  10. Rice ingredients
  11. 1full glass rice
  12. 1 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    First boil Spanish (palak) soak in water 2 minutes in boil blanched well do not over cook completely cool blanched palak.

    Gravy first kadhi add oil add cumin sliced onion add oil onion fry golden brown. chopped tomato onion garlic.blanched & smooth paste.pan add oil 2 tsp add cumin seeds cracker add shahi paneer masala cook few seconds.add onion tomato paste.cook 3,4 minutes. add red chilli powder coriander powder mix it well.now in palka cook for 2 minutes.add salt.3,4 tsp of water add in gravy.mix it well.add paneer cube again mix well.cook 5 minutes switch of the gas ready for palka paneer with jeera rice.

    Sock rice 30 minutes

    Heavy bottom add oil 1 tsp add cumin seeds cracker pinch red chilli powder 2 glass add water salt water boil add rice cook 25: minutes. ready jera rice..
